Spectacular findings on the construction method

Until November, a total of 540 ship parts and almost 160 barrels as well as 150 finds were cleaned, documented and prepared for long-term storage by the Archcom company in Lübeck Schlutup. At the same time, the archaeology and monument preservation department began analysing the findings in collaboration with specialists from various disciplines.

Now that the documentation work has been completed, spectacular findings on the construction of the Hanseatic ship are available. A first 3D print of the wreck also clearly visualises the construction method.
