Ceramic puzzle

Post excavation evaluation

In the bow of the wreck, many shards of glazed red earthenware were uncovered. The analysis now shows that many of them fit together! They belong to a pipkin, a cooking vessel with three legs and a handle that was widespread in the early modern period. Likely that there was a galley in the bow where the crew prepared warm meals.
