Another ship's side discovered

After the first 20 barrels had been recovered from the upper layer, the Archcom team now turned its attention to the northern area of the wreck. During the removal of the barrels, more and more wood had come to light here. Using an underwater dredge, the divers began to remove the sediment opposite the exposed, broken side of the ship. In the process, another fragmented piece of the ship's side was discovered. This gives hope that many more elements of the former merchant ship are hidden in the ground.
