The liquor bottle with the seal showing a crown and the inscription LONDN was assembled from its individual parts and scanned. The shape of the bottle is clearly reminiscent of bottles of some well known gin brands that can be bought today. At the time of the Hanseatic ship, around the mid. 17^th century, however, gin was not yet in circulation; it was probably filled with brandy or rum.
